Where to start...
The BSA has been coming together nicely.
Kelly narrowed the Biltwell Tracker bars,
built the chain guard/license/tail light mount,
and finished out the exhaust with a sweet little megaphone.
While Court mounted the "floating egg" aluminum oil bag.

Deuce Rails...
What started as a pair of rails sitting on the shop
floor has transformed into this tidy looking chassis.
Totally Tubular!
Rear spring perch
Court bobbed the rails just behind the c-notch
Next step: Make it a roller...
Stay Tuned!

El Diablo Beezer...
Yes, yes it is update time again.
Kelly whipped up this cute little "mini" seat pan.
Details include threaded seat spring bungs(springs now just thread onto pan studs)
and stainless spring spuds on the frame.
And the rear fender strut got a new treatment...
Boots & Fur still representin'
Ride the Wild Thunder...
2.17.2011
Deuce Rails...

What's New...
The BSA is coming along nicely.
We got the fork tubes back from Forks by Frank and
assembled the front end.
We have steering capability now thanks to
Biltwell's
Slimline risers and Tracker bars.
Kelly built the "Boots with tha fur" brake stay
2.09.2011
Loosey Goosey...
George's Shovelhead frame had a crooked weld-on goose neck.
That was slugged with solid bar.
Until Kelly and Court got hold of it...
Now it is arrow straight with tubular slugs and a sharp new gusset.
2.02.2011
BSA...
Fender mount & chain tensioners in place.
1.11.2011
Deuce Rails...
Court and the Porto-ban... he shaved an eigth inch off the boxing plates.
And inset them 1/4" into the frame rails.
Stay tuned for progress, this thing will be a
hot rod when we're done with it.

Black Sabbath Update...
Top of the frame is all welded up...
Downtube is tied in too, but we didn't snap a shot
of it before we left the shop last night...

Black Sabbath Update...
With the neck in it's new configuration
Kelly put some heat to the backbone radius
and pulled it up to match.
Putting a
speed hole
in the frame slug
With the slug in place, a little adjustment.
6" up, 3" out, 45 degree rake
Stay Tuned...

Metal Magic...
Hand made aluminum a/c control and vent panel.
1951 Ford Woody
Sabbath...
The Black Sabbath bike has a new stance,
This isn't though. But doesn't it look killer.
.
.
It is getting a heapin helpin of stretch
in the down tube and a 45 degree rake.
.
.
Stay Tuned!

Off to Baja...
Nick's pre-runner made it
south of the border,
and only a day and a half behind schedule.
.
.
.
The new boxed rear frame section
Strong like bull.
Bye Bye clunky stamped x-member,
Hello tubular bracing.

In The Words of Diamond Dave...
Go Ahead Jump!
Nick's
pre
-runner needed a little
love and support in order to
achieve it's ultimate goal...
To Jump Shit.
So Kelly got rid of this...
and built this.
No gusset is complete without
speed holes
Our photography was a little fuzzy
The plan is to have this bad boy leaving
for
Baja
on Saturday...
yes, tomorrow.
